I never used to be a confident recruiter. In fact, it took me years to build the knowledge that I have now.

When I got my first recruitment role back in 2008, I started with 100s of cold calls a day and although I thought it was a grind, I was really good at it and I generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in my first year!

Over the years, I have started 4 cold desks from scratch, including one recruitment agency which I launched in 2020 and sold in 2025.

During this time, I noticed that there was no good lead generation and sales training for recruiters… so I decided to create my own. That’s how Raire was born.

Fast forward to today, I’ve placed over 2,000 people (across blue collar, white collar, temp and perm), billed more than $20 million in revenue through scaling some really large accounts and winning tenders, and built an agency from scratch.

I now offer a training academy, the Be Raire Academy which helps recruiters live their dreams.
